610 Forest Highlands – MASTER’S Club or MARKER’S CLUB

First – The Background.

Adam Child was a mortgage broker in Arizona, owner of Child Mortgage company.  He lost his license as a broker (see the page on Vince’s associates).  Adam brokered loans for Vincent Goett.  He also was the owner of two spec constuctions in Foxboro Ranch in Flagstaff.  He borrowed money for these specs and, in the middle of a divorce caused by his wife’s discovery of his affair, used the money from the construction loans to pay off other bills rather than the construction.

Those two homes were foreclosed.  Adam is the object of a $5m lawsuit brought on by the developers of Foxboro Ranch. Prosecution’s lawyer – Whitney Cunningham in Flagstaff, AZ.

Adam’s relationship with Vince went from Flagstaff Ranch, where he was the Mortgage Broker on purchases for “Masters’ Investors”, including purchases by Ron Steinbrunner, and Adam orchestrated one of the refi’s on Vince’s personal home in Paradise Valley (the home at which the public auction is scheduled to be held, see below posts).  Adam has been aware of Vince’s less than ethical dealings for a very, very, long time.

610 Forest Highlands.  This is a home that was purchased by Adam and his wife for their family.  After the divorce and Adam’s troubles, the home was rented out and was seen on, and off, the foreclosure list.

Today, July 07, 2009, the “MC” mat was seen outside the front door of 610 Forest Highlands.  For any of you who were in Flagstaff Ranch at the time of the “MASTER’S CLUB”, you will recognize this matt!  It is the insignia of Vincent Goett’s MASTER’S CLUB.

Upon further inquiry, it is apparent that the people who recently moved furniture into 610 Forest Highlands claimed that they were moving for Vince and the Marker’s Club.  Master’s Club… Marker’s Club.. HEY, IT’S REALLY ALL THE SAME THING when it pertains to Vince and his usual suspects!

Someone who is in a position to know says that none other than Vince Goett, is trying to strike one of his famous “pennies on the dollar deals”, whereby Vince uses someone’s money to pay off Adam Child’s debts to Forest Highlands HOA, pennies on the dollar.

It aint gonna happen.

We do know that corporate usage of the Golf Club at Forest Highlands is not allowed – meaning, you can’t have different people come in every week and golf on your membership.  We will watch closely to see how this pans out.
