Forest Highlands Golf Club holds a Judgement against Adam Child for non-payment of dues.

Foxboro Ranch Estates has a $1m (that’s one million dollar) Judgement against Adam Child, resulting from a lawsuit charging Fraud.

Darcy Child has not been paid child support.

“The Marker’s Club” paid Mike Tafoya $1,000.00 to file Adam Child’s Bankruptcy.  Mike Tafoya was Vincent Goett’s lawyer until he played Turncoat in his recent deposition.

Adam Child’s home at 610 Forest Highlands, once deeded to his father, was turned over to “The Marker’s Club”, subject to liens.

610 Forest Highlands was taken by Deutsche Bank, as Trustee, last Friday.

What a cast of characters who lie in bed together, no?  Can you see the connecting dots, so reminiscent of Goett’s activities with “The Master’s Club”?

I am not sure if this is going to you or to a general audience but I feel the need to share my own experience in hopes that it too, can offer someone solace and peace. I am the mother of 5 daughters ranging in ages of 11-21. Tomorrow is Mother’s Day, and all I can say, is that I truly feel like I am blessed to have these women as part of my life. I am living an authentic life, and I am truly happy. My story goes like this…

I never thought that I too would be divorced. I married my high school sweetheart, we had 5 daughters, we were married for 23 years, and then I found him cheating at our family cabin. It was somewhat like a Thelma and Louise adventure – my girlfriend and I were wearing dark sweat shirts and jeans, we ventured 2 hours north to our family cabin at 10:00 at night, (trusting my instincts for the very first time – in a long time) and we found my husband and his assistant together in our cabin. We first tried to spy, then I gave up on that, and simply walked up and knocked on the door, with my girlfriend sitting in her car. He did open the door, the girlfriend was locked in the bathroom, and all I remember is saying is “Please come out here and look me in the eye.” She never did. I sat with Adam on the 2 red chairs in our living room, and I said – we are done. I will no longer be married to a coward. It was Earth day, April 22, 2006. It was the worst day of my life and the best day as well.

I have never looked back. I am sad, but I am also so grateful. I remember when I finally announced to my parents, family and friends that it was over.. it felt so surreal. Yet, I knew it was what I had to do. My dad said something that has stayed with me ever since. Now, I am one of four children and the first to be divorced in my family. He said to me, if you do not have respect within a marriage – there is no foundation to build a marriage. He also said, “whatever you do Darc, do not be a victim. You are better than that.” He was so right. I have given my girls a gift. There is no shame, there is no lack of honor, I gave them the very clear message, that I (we, for that matter) cannot fix anyone else (God knows that I tried, and I now know it is not and never will be my job), and that I will not live for one more day – a lie. I stopped the negative repercussions of what living in a “lie” can give to our children. Let’s just say, I have peace in my heart, and I am grateful. I wrote a poem, in my darkest hour, of what I would love to share with any woman who surrenders to the lost dream. Here it is entitled “Self Worth.”

Self Worth:

To be responsible for our own canvass,

to be strong and proud, and to always be responsible for

what I choose to encapsulate my own canvass with – my own frame (my own boundaries).

For each decison made,

for each choice that we make,

To accept the consequences with dignity

and not to blame ourselves or others – only to learn the lesson.

To know that life is about learning,

To know better than to accept another’s view,

before I question and honor my own view of myself first,

is what will create self-worth.

Self respect is about courage,

It teaches us about our own worth,

It allows us the ability to choose who we are, who we will be, and

what we will stand for, even when we hurt the most.

Self worth is acceptance of ourself.

It places value on what we think of ourself.

Our choices, actions and thoughts made from our heart, with good and right intentions …..

create our self worth.

To honor our own opinions of ourself,

Is the ability to allow ourselves to grow without shame,

To honor ourselves, as women and as mother’s, and as friends,

is our greatest gift we can give ourselves.

Becoming who God intended us to be,

To be able to listen to our own soul,

to believe in ourselves and others,

and to learn to listen to our own voice inside us,

…. is what creates our value.

To love freely,

without expecting love to come back to us…

creates value and self-respect.

It places value in what we give, rather than….

in what we are waiting to receive.

Grace….promotes value.

It takes away the “trauma of the drama.”

To believe in our self worth,

Is a gift we give to all.

Peace in our soul….

When we have true peace in our soul,

we have learned to value ourselves – outside of our circumstances.

When we will know surrender, when we will know hope, when we will accept failure, and when we will know love….

We will have found self-respect.

It is our greatest gift, we can give ourself!!!!

As we all know, forgiveness is what will set us free. I am grateful for Adam and his ability to open up a window, to allow me to see who I am, who I am becoming, and what I want to be and stand for as a woman. He gave me the freedom to stand on my own two feet, and feel honorable for who I am today. He gave me the ability to teach our girls, a lesson that will hopefully be their greatest gift – that of self-respect and value. I will be forever grateful. Our greatest trials, truly are our greatest teachers, as long as we allow ourselves to learn!!

Adam Child was a mortgage broker in Arizona, owner of Child Mortgage company.  He lost his license as a broker (see the page on Vince’s associates).  Adam brokered loans for Vincent Goett.  He also was the owner of two spec constuctions in Foxboro Ranch in Flagstaff.  He borrowed money for these specs and, in the middle of a divorce caused by his wife’s discovery of his affair, used the money from the construction loans to pay off other bills rather than the construction.

Those two homes were foreclosed.  Adam is the object of a $5m lawsuit brought on by the developers of Foxboro Ranch. Prosecution’s lawyer – Whitney Cunningham in Flagstaff, AZ.

Adam’s relationship with Vince went from Flagstaff Ranch, where he was the Mortgage Broker on purchases for “Masters’ Investors”, including purchases by Ron Steinbrunner, and Adam orchestrated one of the refi’s on Vince’s personal home in Paradise Valley (the home at which the public auction is scheduled to be held, see below posts).  Adam has been aware of Vince’s less than ethical dealings for a very, very, long time.

610 Forest Highlands.  This is a home that was purchased by Adam and his wife for their family.  After the divorce and Adam’s troubles, the home was rented out and was seen on, and off, the foreclosure list.

Today, July 07, 2009, the “MC” mat was seen outside the front door of 610 Forest Highlands.  For any of you who were in Flagstaff Ranch at the time of the “MASTER’S CLUB”, you will recognize this matt!  It is the insignia of Vincent Goett’s MASTER’S CLUB.

Upon further inquiry, it is apparent that the people who recently moved furniture into 610 Forest Highlands claimed that they were moving for Vince and the Marker’s Club.  Master’s Club… Marker’s Club.. HEY, IT’S REALLY ALL THE SAME THING when it pertains to Vince and his usual suspects!

Someone who is in a position to know says that none other than Vince Goett, is trying to strike one of his famous “pennies on the dollar deals”, whereby Vince uses someone’s money to pay off Adam Child’s debts to Forest Highlands HOA, pennies on the dollar.

It aint gonna happen.

We do know that corporate usage of the Golf Club at Forest Highlands is not allowed – meaning, you can’t have different people come in every week and golf on your membership.  We will watch closely to see how this pans out.

Vincent Goett’s properties were in foreclosure,

the Trustee was decidedly NOT choosing the Goett/Lutz Reorganization Plan,

each home that ‘Masters’ or an ill-fated investor for Masters had begun to build was sitting dormant, rotting, vacant and untouched in the snows,

some of those investors were already trying to sue Vince,

and the Membership of Flagstaff Ranch was also decidedly NOT organizing in any way that would give Vincent any power at all…because he not only had no power, he had no credibility or NEGATIVE credibility.

With this in mind, please read the following correspondence between Vince and another businessman with a cocked eyebrow and a shaking-your-head-smile that says – There he goes again.  If he’s opening his mouth, he has got to be lying.
